Hi, I’m Andrea — a trauma-informed recovery coach with lived experience, academic grounding, and a whole lot of fire.
I’m about to graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, concentrating in Adult Addiction. But more than that — I’ve lived it. I’ve walked through childhood trauma, family dysfunction, loss, and deep emotional chaos. This isn’t just something I studied. It’s something I survived.
My healing didn’t come wrapped in perfection. It came through grief, growth, and grit. Through the pain of losing someone I loved and the clarity that followed, I found my way out of cycles that tried to keep me small.
Now, I help others do the same.

Hey Teens! Life can be incredibly tough, especially when you're dealing with challenging family dynamics or growing up without a father. I know because I've been there. My own teenage years were marked by abuse, bullying, and a constant feeling of isolation. But through all these struggles, I found the strength to keep going, and now I'm here to help you do the same.
Growing up in an abusive home left deep scars, and it took years to understand and start healing from that trauma. As a mom to teens who haven't faced the same level of abuse but still struggle with their own challenges, I see the impact of growing up in difficult circumstances. Whether it's dealing with narcissistic traits, battling mental health issues, or facing addiction, these struggles are real and valid. My children, nieces, and nephews have faced their own battles, and I know how important it is to have a supportive community.
The Teen Zone is a space where you can share your story, seek advice, and connect with peers who truly understand what you're going through. Here, we believe in empowering each other to overcome obstacles and build a brighter future. By sharing our experiences and offering support, we create a network of strength and resilience.
